Reintroducing Google Developers Student Club, Uniuyo.

We at GDSC Uniuyo welcome all returning techies and tech enthusiasts back to school. We understand how exciting this moment might be for most of us. Hence, we are leveraging this very golden opportunity to reintroduce the purpose of our amazing community to you all!

For a head start, GDSC also known as Google Developers Student Club is a University-based community established in the various existing institutions that are found around any part of the globe.

Our core aim is to inspire and help students meet, learn, grow and connect with other budding developers that are interested in building solutions for local businesses and communities with Google’s technologies.

Amongst the vast range of GDSC communities worldwide, is a significantly unique firebrand! Here in the continent, Africa, all the way to Nigeria, and in the beautiful city of Uyo is our very own community, formally known as GDSC Uniuyo.

GDSC Uniuyo, who are we?

We are the existing GDSC community at the University of Uyo, and ours is a group of revolutionaries actively rooting for students interested in growing as developers regardless of background, experience, and expertise. We equally share the same aim with GDSC worldwide, which generally revolves around learning, growing, and most importantly, connecting!

We are currently open to students from undergraduate or graduate programs, with an interest in growing their technical knowledge in a peer-to-peer environment and keen on using their best expertise and experience in creating a positive impact on the community.
